was shaken up pretty badly this morning at 9am, got out of bed rather unwillingly, and headed with family to changi airport for some breakfast.
met shiangling & zhongruan people at tampines, went to huang lao shi's house and had a rather LARGE helping of yummy steamed dumplings, ate and ate and ate.
got a shock when mum suddenly called me and told me she bought me a mp3 player.
haha, NDP's going on right now, and surprise surprise, i ain't watching! for like the first time in years. i mean, since i was born (?)
anyway, why do so many people want to migrate?
is Singapore really that bad?
when i was younger, i remember i used to lament about singapore's hot & humid weather, the pressurising education schemes, the amount of taxes to be paid and so on,
but come to think about it, singapore's not that bad either.
s'pore is one of the brightest cities in the world at night, and compared to other countries, we have the most streetlights in every corner. people in foreign countries daren't go out till late in the night as crime rates skyrocket, but school kids like us can sit in pasir ris park forever and not worry about a single thing.
